The Service Navigator is responsible for greeting, conducting intakes, needs assessments, and providing orientations, tours, and service navigation for survivors of human trafficking and those at risk of exploitation for 3Strand’s Global Foundation at The Table – Sacramento, a career-focused drop-in center. This position is responsible for creating a culturally responsive, safe, and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. The Service Navigator's duties include working closely with the local community, attending outreach events, and working with community partners to connect clients with needed services and resources both internally and within the community.


The Education Manager holds a strategic leadership role, with responsibilities that include advancing our mission by overseeing the development and execution of educational programs related to school-based prevention (including, but not limited to: PROTECT). This position requires a seasoned leader with a successful track record in education, program innovation, client outreach, and client management within the nonprofit sector. Position located in Sacramento


The Implementation Specialist at 3Strands Global Foundation plays a crucial role in advancing our mission by ensuring the effective execution of our programs. This role requires a strong background in program implementation, client outreach, and client management within the education nonprofit sector. Additionally, the role involves a commitment to professional development, including continuous learning and collaborative engagement with internal staff while maintaining diligent recordkeeping.


As Executive Assistant to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing administrative oversight for 3Strands CEO, including coordinating communications and pertinent data between executive leadership and company staff. Performs and/or oversees special projects and assignments requiring high independence and initiative in execution and implementation. Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

Volunteer Coordinator

This position, Volunteer Coordinator reports to the Event Coordinator and is responsible for overseeing volunteer and outreach activities within the organization. Their duties include recruiting, training, managing, placing and sustaining volunteers in different roles based on their qualifications. This role maintains updated records on all volunteers as well as works closely with local businesses and other organizations to connect and maintain a strong volunteer-base. The V.C. participates in planning, organizing, and staffing the agency’s annual fundraising and outreach events with volunteers. This position should know how to distinguish talent and do everything possible to motivate and inspire. Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences is required. The goal is to ensure that our organization is always staffed with the best and most reliable individuals, and that they are correctly trained and utilized for the fulfillment of our mission.
