Responsible for implementing and developing program services offered by 3Strands Global Foundation’s Safe Life program, serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities primarily in the Sacramento region with the possibility of serving some clients from other regions. The Education Specialist will collaborate with the Safe Life Program Manager to ensure that clients served receive information and resources pertaining to abuse awareness and self-advocacy skills.

Responsible for case management of clients participating in 3Strands Global Foundation’s (3SGF) Employ + Empower program (E+E), serving survivors of trafficking and at-risk individuals primarily in the Greater Sacramento Region. The Case Manager will provide services and resources to individuals to ensure their basic needs are met and barriers to employment and education are addressed while working with Workforce Development specialists, Education Specialist, and external employment partners to facilitate placement into employment or education opportunities. The Case Manager will collaborate with the Program Manager and Director of Employ + Empower to ensure that clients who are placed in jobs have access to services and resources and are receiving ethical and trauma-informed support. Hybrid position with in-person location in Downtown Sacramento.

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for overseeing volunteer activities within the organization. Their duties include recruiting, training, oversight and placing volunteers in different roles based on their qualifications. This role maintains updated records on all volunteers as well as works closely with local businesses and other organizations to connect and maintain a strong volunteer-base. The V.C. participates in planning, organizing, and staffing the agency’s annual fundraising events and outreach events. This position should know how to distinguish talent and do everything possible to motivate and inspire. Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences is required. The goal is to ensure that our organization is always staffed with the best and most reliable individuals, and that they are correctly utilized for the fulfilment of our mission.
