Trauma-Reaktion und Verständnis für Arbeitgeber

Die 3Strands Global Foundation (3SGF) mobilisiert Gemeinschaften zur Bekämpfung des Menschenhandels durch Präventionserziehung und Reintegrationsprogramme. Seit über einem Jahrzehnt arbeiten wir eng mit Überlebenden von Menschenhandel, Personen, die Traumata erlebt haben, und anderen gefährdeten Gemeinschaften zusammen. Dies hat uns einzigartige und unschätzbare Perspektiven auf die Auswirkungen von Traumata am Arbeitsplatz und die lebenswichtige Bedeutung, über Traumata informiert zu sein, verschafft.

Seit 2016 arbeitet 3SGF mit Überlebenden und Unternehmen zusammen, um nachhaltige, traumainformierte Arbeitsplatzumgebungen zu schaffen. Wir haben aus erster Hand gesehen, wie ein unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld standhafte Mitarbeiter fördern kann.

Das Training

While providing a foundational understanding of trauma, this lesson explores what trauma is, its various causes and manifestations, and how it can impact individuals' lives. Participants learn about common reactions to trauma and gain insights into the physiological, psychological, and emotional effects trauma can have on individuals.

Ziele

Participants learn about types of approaches and strategies for responding to trauma. They explore the importance of empathy, active listening, and validation in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. The lesson may cover techniques for creating a safe and supportive environment and offering appropriate resources and referrals to those in need.

Participants learn about the importance of clear and compassionate communication when interacting with individuals who have experienced trauma. They may explore techniques for fostering trust, promoting open dialogue, and avoiding re-traumatization through language and non-verbal cues.

Das Training
