Réponse aux traumatismes et compréhension pour les employeurs

3Strands Global Foundation (3SGF) mobilise les communautés pour lutter contre la traite des êtres humains par le biais de programmes d'éducation à la prévention et de réintégration. Depuis plus d'une décennie, nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec des survivants de la traite des êtres humains, des personnes ayant subi un traumatisme et d'autres communautés vulnérables. Cela nous a fourni des perspectives uniques et inestimables sur les impacts des traumatismes en milieu de travail et sur l'importance vitale d'être informés sur les traumatismes.

Depuis 2016, 3SGF travaille avec des survivants et des entreprises pour créer des environnements de travail durables et tenant compte des traumatismes. Nous avons vu de première main comment un environnement de travail favorable peut favoriser la constance des employés.

La formation

While providing a foundational understanding of trauma, this lesson explores what trauma is, its various causes and manifestations, and how it can impact individuals' lives. Participants learn about common reactions to trauma and gain insights into the physiological, psychological, and emotional effects trauma can have on individuals.

Objectifs

Participants learn about types of approaches and strategies for responding to trauma. They explore the importance of empathy, active listening, and validation in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. The lesson may cover techniques for creating a safe and supportive environment and offering appropriate resources and referrals to those in need.
