Trauma Response and Understanding for Employers
3Strands Global Foundation (3SGF) mobilizes communities to combat human trafficking through prevention education and reintegration programs. For over a decade, we have worked closely with survivors of human trafficking, individuals who have experienced trauma, and other vulnerable communities. This has provided us with unique and invaluable perspectives on the impacts of trauma in the workplace and the vital importance of being trauma-informed.
Since 2016, 3SGF has been working with survivors and businesses to create sustainable, trauma- informed workplace settings. We have seen firsthand how a supportive work environment can foster steadfast employees.
