CASE MANAGER
Responsible for case management of clients participating in 3Strands Global Foundation’s (3SGF) Employ
+ Empower program (E+E), serving survivors of trafficking and at-risk individuals primarily in the Greater
Sacramento Region. The Case Manager will provide services and resources to individuals to ensure their
basic needs are met and barriers to employment and education are addressed while working with
Workforce Development specialists, Education Specialist, and external employment partners to facilitate
placement into employment or education opportunities. The Case Manager will collaborate with the
Program Manager and Director of Employ + Empower to ensure that clients who are placed in jobs have
access to services and resources and are receiving ethical and trauma-informed support.
Hybrid position with in-person location in Downtown Sacramento.
SERVICE NAVIGATOR
The Service Navigator is responsible for greeting, conducting intakes, needs assessments, and providing
orientations, tours, and service navigation for survivors of human trafficking and those at risk of
exploitation for 3Strand’s Global Foundation at The Table – Sacramento, a career-focused drop-in
center. This position is responsible for creating a culturally responsive, safe, and welcoming
environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. The Service Navigator's duties include
working closely with the local community, attending outreach events, and working with community
partners to connect clients with needed services and resources both internally and within the
community.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing administrative
oversight for 3Strands CEO, including coordinating communications and pertinent data
between executive leadership and company staff. Performs and/or oversees special projects
and assignments requiring high independence and initiative in execution and
implementation.
Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments,
speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and
international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and
evaluating needs.
