Pagtugon at Pag-unawa sa Trauma para sa mga Employer

Ang 3Strands Global Foundation (3SGF) ay nagpapakilos sa mga komunidad upang labanan ang human trafficking sa pamamagitan ng prevention education at reintegration programs. Sa loob ng mahigit isang dekada, nakipagtulungan kami nang malapit sa mga nakaligtas sa human trafficking, mga indibidwal na nakaranas ng trauma, at iba pang mahihinang komunidad. Nagbigay ito sa amin ng natatangi at napakahalagang mga pananaw sa mga epekto ng trauma sa lugar ng trabaho at ang napakahalagang kahalagahan ng pagiging may kaalaman sa trauma.

Mula noong 2016, ang 3SGF ay nakikipagtulungan sa mga nakaligtas at mga negosyo upang lumikha ng napapanatiling mga setting ng lugar ng trabaho na may kaalaman sa trauma. The lesson may cover techniques for creating a safe and supportive environment and offering appropriate resources and referrals to those in need.

Participants learn about the importance of clear and compassionate communication when interacting with individuals who have experienced trauma. They may explore techniques for fostering trust, promoting open dialogue, and avoiding re-traumatization through language and non-verbal cues.
